How the Presale queue moves.
What happens to a lead in the list when the desk books, writes, puts it later, or calls, and the call is answered, busy, unanswered or a voicemail.
Where a lead can be
Arrives→Now→Waiting on them→Later→Quiet→Completed

How it works
One lead, one tab. Every row says why it is there.

leads that leave the screen on their own after a decision: the desk presses Next.
