The queue in six rules.
Six sentences the desk can repeat. Every detailed rule in the spec fits under one of them; a new decision changes one of these first.
Prototype: admin-preview → Presale. The rules: Amiro.Next/features/crm-work-model/rules.md (CRM-D-130…138, 25 Oct). Code: core/leads/presale-queue, presale/presale-mode, core/leads/ladder, core/leads/lead-intake.
Read aloud by your browser’s own voice, offline. Best in Chrome or Safari on a Mac (Daniel, Samantha). Each rule has its own button below.
A lead is on one tab at a time.
Now, Later, Quiet, or Completed. Its tasks may fall on two days of Later; the one due first decides the tab.
A lead is in Now for one of four reasons, in this order.
They wrote. A visit needs an answer. A planned time has come. It is our turn to call. Inside each, the latest first.
Any attempt we make takes our turn.
A call, picked up or not, or a message: the lead leaves Now and comes back by the plan, or by the ladder.
A booked lead can still carry a plan. A new ask is always new.
A visit ahead parks the lead until the visit, but a plan on it shows when due. A repeat form lands on the person, never on a second person.
Done means the desk decided something.
A call saved, a plan, a close, a reopen, Came or Did not come, a stage moved by hand. Anything else says where the lead went, without Done.
One word per idea.
Reply. Waiting on them. Planned. Quiet. And four places: Now, Later, Quiet, Completed.
