On the call.

Connected: the clock runs from pick-up, the call is recorded, and the widget holds the little to say and the note. Nothing on it repeats the screen behind it.

Where this is in the call

03 · Connected

For this call: the sentence to say, and what not to forget.

Shows

The header says where the call is and its clock, once: On call · 00:05, with Recording. Under it, For this call: Say first and the recording sentence, then one or two points: The first assessment is free and takes about 30 minutes. · You can pay in instalments.

Where they come from

The visit (did they come, confirm it, or the first visit is free) and payment, from the clinic’s own live knowledge entries. A point’s entry is in its tooltip. They are read once, at pick-up, so the block never changes under the desk’s eyes.

Left out

Whatever the screen already shows: the centre, the treatment and the fields are in About the lead, the waiting message is in the timeline.

In production

AMI-1567: a live transcript ticks a point off when it is said and adds one when the person asks something the clinic has an answer to. That needs Media Streams to an EU speech-to-text service.
