Amiro Marketing Agent for Practices.
Plan, test and improve paid campaigns against bookings and sales.
Product brief for the proposed Marketing Agent.
Vision
Build a team of AI agents that helps practices run their business. The Marketing Agent brings in demand. The Sales Agent turns inquiries into bookings and sales. The Finance Agent helps track what the practice earns and spends. The Operations Agent helps manage day-to-day work across locations.
This brief focuses on the Marketing Agent.
In the long run, a CEO should be able to open Amiro chat and say:
Help our three lowest-performing clinics get more confirmed bookings this month. For our top-performing clinic, aim for 10% more bookings than last month.
Amiro checks each clinic’s baseline, proposes a plan and budget for each location, and tracks progress toward the goals in the same chat.
The problem
As a practice CEO, I need a predictable flow of new patient bookings at a cost that makes sense for the business. I already have a team making ads and an agency spending the budget. They can deliver the leads they promised while my clinics still have open appointment slots. When that happens, I need someone to take responsibility for improving the next campaign. Today, that means chasing the agency and coordinating new creatives and tests myself.
Amiro gives me a marketing agent that runs that work against a booking target I set. It makes new ads, runs tests within an approved budget and recommends shifting spend toward campaigns that deliver more bookings at an acceptable cost. I can see how many of those patients actually came in and bought, so I can judge whether the bookings were worth paying for.
The media-buying loop
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Set the goal and budget | Agree on a booking target and how much to spend. |
| 2. Create and approve creatives | Amiro generates ad variants with visuals and copy using the practice’s brand assets and past results. The team reviews and approves what goes live. |
| 3. Launch campaigns | Publish the approved ads. |
| 4. Test creatives | Compare variants on spend, bookings and cost per booking. |
| 5. Act on results | Pause weak ads, scale winners or relaunch proven ads. |
| 6. Rebalance spend | Shift budget between campaigns within the approved limit. |
| 7. Review results | Recheck performance as late bookings and purchases come in. |
| 8. Repeat | Use the results to set the budget for the next test and generate a new batch of creatives. |
How Amiro works
AI platform
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Agent | Turns the CEO’s goal into a plan by clinic, chooses which skills to run and explains its recommendations. |
| Connected data | Links Meta spend and ad performance to landing pages, leads, bookings, attended visits and sales. |
| Practice context | Uses each clinic’s capacity, services and brand assets to shape the plan and creatives. |
| Rules and approvals | Set budget limits, define when there’s enough data to act and require approval for launches and changes to live campaigns. |
| Test history | Records what was tested and uses the results to shape the next round. |
Skill catalog
